Indianapolis Museum of Art-What do you like? Come discover your favorite(s). You might like getting up close to masterpieces by artists like Rembrandt and Turner, Cezanne and Picasso. Are you curious to see what is considered the most comprehensive collection of Neo-Impressionist paintings in North America?  This is your day to enjoy the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Lilly House-  Purchased by J.K. Lilly Jr., the late Indianapolis businessman, collector, and philanthropist, in 1932, it served as his family’s home until his death in 1965. Today, the first floor of Lilly House has been restored to closely resemble its appearance in the 1930s. In fact, the majority of the furnishing and decorative arts objects featured belonged to the Lillys and were used in the home.

Madeline F. Elder Greenhouse originally provided plants and produce to the residents. The first glasshouses were built in the 1920s and the present structures were constructed in the late 1940s. Visitors may explore the fully renovated Elder Greenhouse while learning from the knowledgeable staff and volunteers

**There is considerable self paced walking on this trip to truly enjoy the grounds, home and museum.  Wheelchairs are available on a first come first serve basis or travelers are welcome to bring their own.  Our approximate return time is 6PM.
